DigaSign PRO comes with everything you need...
With the
purchase of DigaSign PRO, the notary user will receive
software, signing pad,
digital certificate and a North Carolina enotary seal. Other
enotarization solutions require the separate purchase of
a digital certificate from a third party
vendor. This digital certificate may cost any
where from $58 - $100+ and must be renewed every year at similar
costs. DigaSign's has no recurring fees for
maintenance, updates or annual digital certificates
renewals.
How does DigaSign work?

Allows documents to be created, signed,
notarized, and submitted completely electronically with
no paper generated so there are no documents to mail,
track or store.

Utilizes "Wizard Guided" document design tools to
enter signer data and locate signature, date, initial
and acknowledgment fields like State, County, he or
she, proof of id etc.

Allows for three signing options:

Sign Each - the signer is guided to each
signature or initial coordinate and are required to
sign or initial each time just like signing paper..

Sign Once / Apply All - the signer signs
once and the signature or initial is automatically
placed in the appropriate locations throughout the
package.

Sign Once / Accept Each - the signer
signs once and their signature or initial is
retained in the signature box. The user is then
guided to each signature or initial coordinate where
they have the option to select "Accept" rather then
having to sign each time.

Allows multiple documents needing signature on each
document from one or multiple individuals to be batched
signed, sealed or notarized while
providing a separate notary journal entry for each
notarial act. This function is ideal for
processing transcripts.

Dates and time stamps all signing and notarization
activities.

Serves multiple
industries with esigning and esealing
functions
for professionals such as notaries, educators, architects,
engineers, surveyors, insurance, legal, lobbyist, real
estate, mortgage industry and state and local
municipalities etc.

and exceeds state UETA and federal ESIGN requirements.

For Colleges:

With the
purchase of each DigaSign PRO user seat, WWN will also establish an "eNotary Instructor"
with a generic user ID and password that can be
shared by multiple instructors; however, if there is
a need for multiple instructors to have access to
DigaSign at the same time for different classes,
there will need to be a DigaSign PRO purchase for
each class.
This user seat also entitles the
college to register a commissioned notary user that
can utilized DigaSign within the college environment
to esign and enotarize documents, such as
transcripts, employee packets, board minutes, purchase approvals etc.
If the college opts to utilize the "live" notary
user seat, an additional pad purchase would be
required.
Note:
Any additional pads or pad upgrades are not eligible
for the 50% rebate offer.

have registered DigaSign and have submitted your
Solution Provider Certification, you will receive an
account activation email along with a rebate that you
will print and fax back to WWN and
we will credit your credit card account for $147.50.
