·       Lender forwards email to Title Company with append password where Title appends title documents (HUD1 etc.) to the closing package in DigaSign.

·       Lender approves HUD1 and Title documents etc. and clears Title to proceed.

·       Title conducts closing or forwards package key and password email to signing agent.

·       Closing is conducted with borrower and signing agent using DigaSign’s easy to follow Wizard navigation to guide borrower to each signature location.

·       Title agent receives email that package is complete and recordable documents can be exported from DigaSign as PDF or TIFF for erecording with county clerk.

·       DigaSign automatically posts esigned, tamper sealed eNote with eVault.

·       eVault seamlessly registers eNote with MERS.

·       Lender receives email that closing package is complete and package can be exported from DigaSign as PDF or TIFF for efiling in loan management system.

·       Lender reviews eNote on eVault interface to MERS.

·       Electronic closing package is ready for delivery to Secondary buyers via PDF or TIFF attachment or from direct retrieval from DigaSign’s secure servers via package key and password.
